The Northwest Seaport Alliance is recruiting for a Chief Operations Officer.

As a member of the Executive Team, the Chief Operations Officer is responsible for providing management and oversight in two key areas: marine operations (including rail, roads, terminals, breakbulk operations and management of the waterway) and the maintenance department. This position will partner with key stakeholders, including labor leaders across the various operational sectors, to deliver cost competitive and efficient operational solutions through utilization of proactive, collaborative and innovative approach. The incumbent will effectively lead a team focused on providing exceptional service to alliance customers.
